Supervisor
Lizzie Pringle was born and raised in Wellington and lives in the Eastern Suburbs with her whānau, with a strong connection to Strathmore. She co-leads Praxis as well as a local community church, and has learned leadership through practice across a range of settings - leading teams, developing others, and walking alongside people as they step into leadership.
Lizzie’s supervision style is grounded in asking thoughtful questions that encourage people to reflect deeply on their practice, deepen their self-awareness, and grow in confidence and capability. Much of her learning has been shaped by holding leadership responsibilities alongside family life, raising three young boys, and navigating the realities of leading well amid everyday demands.
Supervision can be done online and in person.

He Uri Tenei o Te Waipounamu ki Kāti Māmoe, kō Rakiura taku wāhi tupna - hoi ano Nō Porirua ahau, nō Porirua taku turakawaewae.
My name's Aidan Ritchie - born & raised in Porirua but now living in Whanganui ki raro te korowai o te kahui maunga me te awa tupua.
I've been in the rangatahi space since 2017 - having worked for a variety of services but most prominently working for Iwi for the last 5 years. My passions lie in preventing our young people falling between the cracks, and my experience has heavily focused on Youth Justice, Care & Protection & addictions work with both young tāne & wāhine.
As a supervisor my goal is to provide a culturally grounded approach to deepening your work with our rangatahi that provides a safety net to keep our mahi grounded in Tika, Pono & Aroha. Our work can often feel never ending - but my hope is that supervision functions as a checkpoint to ensure we capture the learnings of our day-to-day mahi and use that mauri to guide our practice in a way that keeps us excited and inspired by the journey we are on with our rangatahi.
