Supervisor

Lizzie Pringle was born and raised in Wellington and lives in the Eastern Suburbs with her whānau, with a strong connection to Strathmore. She co-leads Praxis​ as well as a local community church, and has learned leadership through practice across a range of settings - leading teams, developing others, and walking alongside people as they step into leadership.

Lizzie’s supervision style is grounded in asking thoughtful questions that encourage people to reflect deeply on their practice, deepen their self-awareness, and grow in confidence and capability. Much of her learning has been shaped by holding leadership responsibilities alongside family life, raising three young boys, and navigating the realities of leading well amid everyday demands.

Supervision can be done online and in person.
